Abstract


Productivity is known to be a key factor in the success of an organization because it is the engine that drives improvements in job performance. The interaction between employees and the culture of their organization creates both mental and physical work conditions. So the goal of this study was to find out about the impact of working condition on productivity of employees in production companies in Somalia. Each part gets a different number of points, and each point has a different effect on how productive the staff as a whole is.
